Welcome to Alice! By signing up for and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Alice is a service provided by Twistag Lda, with its registered office at Av de Berna nº30 2ºB 1050-042 Lisboa, operating under NIPC 513855319. 1. Introduction

Alice connects you with vetted personal assistants ("PAs") to help manage your daily tasks efficiently. We operate through our online platform and tools, including WhatsApp, and our dedicated portal. These tools are designed to simplify communication and ensure the smooth handling of your requests.

By using Alice, you agree to the following T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Alice provides personal assistant services for administrative, personal, and professional tasks that can be completed remotely. Key features include:

  • A dedicated personal assistant is assigned to your account.
  • Task submission through WhatsApp or our online portal.
  • Assistance with various tasks, such as scheduling, research, and managing appointments.

3. Service Usage

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours during business hours (9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
  • Task Priority: Urgent or same-day tasks must be explicitly flagged. While we aim to accommodate these requests, their completion is subject to availability and will depend on the scope of work involved. We strive to complete tasks efficiently and promptly; however, various factors can affect our ability to respond immediately, especially during peak demand periods. Therefore, it is essential to communicate directly and regularly with your Personal Assistant well in advance of the task's deadline. If a task cannot be completed within the estimated time frame, we will notify you and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Task completion: We aim to complete all tasks promptly and accurately. However, some tasks requiring significant research or coordination may take longer than anticipated.
  • Hours Usage: Tasks are tracked in increments of 10 minutes, with one credit equivalent to 10 minutes of PA time. Any additional hours beyond your plan will be billed as outlined in our pricing.

4. Pricing and Plans

Alice offers flexible plans tailored to your needs:

  • Basic Plan: Includes 24 credits that means up to 4 hours of PA time.
  • Standard Plan: Includes 42 credits that means up to 7 hours.
  • Premium Plan: Includes 66 credits that means up to 11 hours and a weekly 20-minute meeting.

Each plan provides a set number of credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Payments are securely processed through Alice's platform.

5. Communication Guidelines

  • All communication with your PA should be made through the designated WhatsApp group or portal for clear tracking and efficiency. Please do not contact your PA via its personal WhatsApp or contact number.
  • To ensure tasks are completed efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible when submitting requests.
  • Communication is primarily asynchronous, allowing you to send messages anytime via WhatsApp. Your PA will respond within the agreed timeframes, ensuring seamless support without the need for direct calls or meetings.
  • For your security, we strongly advise you not to share sensitive information such as bank account details or credit card numbers, passwords for personal or financial accounts, any other highly sensitive personal or financial data. If such information is required to complete a task (e.g., online payment or account access), we recommend using secure methods like encrypted payment portals or temporary shared password access tools. Alice is not responsible for the misuse of sensitive information shared contrary to this advice.
  • Alice will not be held liable for any misuse, breach, or issue resulting from the sharing of sensitive information contrary to this advice. Clients assume full responsibility for sharing sensitive data and must exercise due caution when doing so.

6. Restrictions

Alice cannot:

  • Perform in-person tasks, physical errands, or on-site meetings.
  • Provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Engage in tasks that violate laws, ethical practices, or our company values.Additionally, Alice reserves the right to decline any task at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, tasks that fall outside the agreed scope of services, appear unreasonable, or pose potential risks.

If you're unsure whether a task fits within these guidelines, feel free to ask your PA for clarification.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Alice is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. Your information may be shared internally among Alice team members as needed to complete tasks but will never be shared outside the company without your consent. 8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds are not available unless service was unavailable for an extended period (over 72 hours).
  • Credits unused by the end of your subscription period will not be refunded but will roll over to the next active month.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on Alice's platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior authorization.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data. In cases of proven direct damages, Alice's liability is limited to the value of the subscription plan paid by the client in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

Alice reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these T&Cs. In such cases, any unused credits will not be refunded.

12. Amendments

Alice reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. In such cases, clients will be notified via email. Continued use of Alice after such updates implies acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portuguese jurisdiction. For consumer disputes, you may also refer to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities listed at http://www.consumidor.pt.

14. Pricing and Changes

Alice reserves the right to review and adjust the prices of its subscription plans and packages on an annual basis. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to clients at least 30 days in advance, via email or other appropriate channels. Clients who continue to use Alice's services after the implementation of the revised pricing will be deemed to have accepted the updated rates. If a client chooses not to accept the new pricing, they may cancel their subscription as per the cancellation policy outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

15. Final Provisions

If any clause of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
